Candidates should have :
š 5 years hotel sales experience, of which at least three have been at the Director level.

Experience in an internationally branded premium or luxury hotel a distinct advantage.
š Experience with all key market segments ā Corporate, MICE, Leisure group ā in Sibiu
š High degree of commercial awareness and aptitude.
š Strong background in Destination marketing, social media and Revenue management.
š Strong knowledge of the principles and practices within the Sales & Marketing and
hospitality profession.
š Proficiency in MS Office. OPERA PMS an advantage.
š Strong presentation and English language skills.
