We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SMS/Email Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale direct messaging campaigns across multiple communication channels.

If you have experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, chatbots, or customer engagement campaigns, we would love to hear from you.

✅ Set up, launch, and manage direct messaging campaigns across relevant channels.

✅ Build campaign flows, audience segments, message sequences, links, and tracking systems.

✅ Manage campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation, and conversion.

✅ Coordinate campaign copy, creative assets, approvals, and launch schedules.

✅ Test campaigns before launch to ensure targeting, tracking, links, and automation flows function correctly.

✅ Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

✅ Analyze campaign metrics including delivery rates, engagement, clicks, conversions, opt-outs, and revenue impact.

✅ Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, segmentation, and campaign structure.

✅ Collaborate with internal teams and external platform partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.

✅ Document campaign processes, learnings, best practices, and performance insights.

✔ Proven experience managing CRM, lifecycle, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram DM, chatbot, or direct messaging campaigns.

✔ Hands-on experience with automation and messaging tools such as ManyChat, Chatfuel, Klaviyo, WhatsApp Business, or similar platforms.

✔ Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys, campaign setup, and optimization strategies.

✔ Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving marketing tools.

✔ Excellent attention to detail when reviewing campaign flows, links, audience rules, and tracking.

✔ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.

✔ Strong copywriting skills for customer-facing messages.

✔ Excellent organizational and project management skills.

⭐ Experience with Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or SMS marketing campaigns.

⭐ Experience using chatbot builders or conversational marketing platforms.

⭐ Background in performance marketing, lead generation, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or app marketing.
