🔹 Regular monitoring of inputs, outputs and transfers in the Odoo system

🔹 Management and reconciliation of periodic physical inventories

🔹 Comparison of physical inventory with the state in the system

🔹 Identification and reporting of inventory differences

🔹 Analysis of slow moving or damaged goods

🔹 Suggestion of stock optimization measures

🚢 Analysis of Costs and Imports

🔹 Accurate calculation of the cost of imported goods

🔹 Analysis of purchase invoices, shipping and charges import

🔹 Calculation of profit margin for product categories

🔹 Reporting and suggesting measures to reduce operating costs

👥 Customer and Collection Management

🔹 Maintenance of credit cards to customers

🔹 Monitoring payment deadlines (DPO)

🔹 Preparation of debt reports (Aging Report)

🔹 Analysis of sales by customers and agents

🔹 Periodic reconciliation of accounts with customers and suppliers

📑 Financial Closings and Accounting

🔹 Preparation of monthly and annual closings

🔹 Support in the preparation of financial balances

🔹 Control of cash, bank and expense records

🔹 Guaranteeing compliance with the financial and tax legislation in force

🚚 Field and Operations Control

🔹 Monitoring and control of invoices, deliveries and orders made by drivers

🔹 Reconciliation of daily receipts from terrain

🔹 Verification of fuel, subsistence and transportation costs

🔹 Analysis of road performance and operating costs

🎓 University Degree in Finance or Accounting

🎓 Master's is an advantage

📊 Minimum 3 years of experience in finance

🏢 Experience in a wholesale company is preferred

💻 Very good knowledge of Odoo system or similar systems ERP

📈 Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite

🌍 Very good knowledge of English language for communication with suppliers and import documentation
