Luem Construction is seeking to employ a dedicated and professional Construction Engineer for the direction, organization and control of site works. The position offers the opportunity to be part of concrete construction projects and to further develop professional experience in a serious and cooperative environment. REQUIREMENTS:

🔹 To have a university degree in Civil Engineering and good professional knowledge in the field of construction.

🔹 To have previous work experience on the construction site and knowledge of the processes of implementation of works.

🔹 To have a good command of AutoCAD and MS Office programs.

🔹 To have many skills organizational and managerial skills for the coordination of works on the site.

🔹 To be correct, responsible and attentive to the details and quality of the works.

📋 MAIN DUTIES:

🔹 Supervising and directing the works daily at the construction site, ensuring that they are developed according to the project.

🔹 Control of the implementation of works in accordance with the technical specifications and established standards.

🔹 Preparation and compilation of booklets of measures and situations according to the progress of the works.

🔹 Coordination of work with subcontractors, suppliers and teams engaged in construction site.

🔹 Follow-up of work deadlines and timely identification of problems that may appear during implementation.

🔹 Guarantee of compliance with safety standards and work rules at the construction site.
