Luem Construction seeks to employ a dedicated and professional Architect for the design of architectural concepts, preparation of implementation projects and follow-up of field works. The position combines work in the office with direct engagement on the construction site and offers opportunities for professional development in various projects.

📋 REQUIREMENTS:

🔹 Have a university degree in Architecture and good professional knowledge in the field of design.

🔹 Have a good command of programs such as AutoCAD, . team.

📋 MAIN DUTIES:

🔹 Drafting architectural concepts, implementation projects and 3D visualizations according to project requirements.

🔹 Monitoring the progress of architectural works in the field and verifying the implementation of the project according to specifications technical.

🔹 Control of details and their adaptation during the implementation process, when necessary.

🔹 Coordination of work with construction engineers, subcontractors and teams engaged in the construction site.

🔹 Identification and reporting of problems that may appear during the realization of to the project.
