Future Center A+ is looking to hire a Teacher for the after-school program, to join the team and assist students in their daily learning process. We are looking for a communicative, cooperative and dedicated person, willing to work with children and contribute to their development.
📌 Position: Teacher - After-School Program
📋 REQUIREMENTS:
🔹 To have completed the first cycle of Bachelor and Master.
🔹 Master's degree in the field of Teaching is an advantage, especially in the fields of Albanian Language, Mathematics or Physics.
🔹 To be communicative and have good cooperation skills with team.
🔹 To be responsible, organized and dedicated in working with students.
🔹 To have a desire to create a positive and supportive relationship with students.
📋 DUTIES MAIN:
🔹 Assisting students with homework and supporting them in the learning process.
🔹 Monitoring and evaluating student progress, identifying areas where they need more support.
🔹 Helping improve student results in subjects school.
🔹 Development of games, educational activities and fun activities in accordance with the program of the center.
🔹 Cooperation with the team to create a positive, educational and motivating environment for students.
