A private school near the area of Misto Mames, Tirana, is looking for a dedicated Assistant Teacher to assist a 9-year-old child in the 3rd grade during the learning process. 📌 Position: Assistant Teacher
📋 REQUIREMENTS:
🔹 To have completed studies in Special Education or a similar field.
🔹 To have experience working with children with special needs.
🔹 To have knowledge and experience in adapting the learning process according to the individual needs of the child.
🔹 To have skills for behavior management and guidance, as well as for supporting social and emotional development.
🔹 To have knowledge of comprehensive education and to be able to cooperate with teachers and parents.
🔹 To be communicative, social, responsible and organized.
🔹 To be able to work individually with the child and follow the learning objectives with dedication and developmental.
🔹 Age 30-50 years preferred.
🔹 Looking for a patient, dedicated person with professional sensitivity to the child's needs.
📋 MAIN DUTIES:
🔹 Assisting the child during the learning process and supporting him in the fulfillment of class tasks.
🔹 Adapting the way of work and activities according to the individual needs of the child.
🔹 Supporting the child's involvement in the learning and social activities of the class.
🔹 Helping in the development of academic, social and emotional skills.
🔹 Continuous cooperation with the class teacher and parents to follow the child's progress.
🔹 Pursuing the defined learning and development objectives during the work process.
🎁 WHAT IS OFFERED:
💰 Salary 70,000 net lek per month.
⏰ Regular working hours, 08:30–14:30.
